Navigating the BA Game - The Harpoon Strategy
How do you handle a project when the sponsor(s) want to terminate it?  How do you respond to a technology leader dictating a change in direction that the workforce will not support?  How do you maintain and improve engagement of a volunteer workforce?  Writing code is by far the easiest part of the adventure!
