Lessons in Weakness: Developing an uncomfortable approach to succeed

What makes us successful is the natural result of strengths and talents we possess, whether realized or hidden from us. Every individual has a particular mix of these talents that suit them, unlike our own, which also contributed to their success. By digging into these realities there is a challenge, not unlike the collaborative and interactive nature of business analysis, which needs to be clearly understood in order to increase success and overcome very common frustrations.

 Learning Objectives:

  1. You will understand how your success is related to your unique perspective.
  2. You will understand perspectives that restrict you from succeeding in analysis activities.
  3. You will equip yourself with skills and resources to plan successful analysis activities and increase your effectiveness as a business analyst.
