Payment

We will send you an invoice via email to the authorized representative. Our terms are Due Upon Receipt. You can pay the invoice by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) by clicking the link provided in the email. If you are paying by check, please remit payment to the address on the invoice.

Receipt of payment is due 5 business days prior to the event to ensure your booth location is assigned.

Agreement

The company and their authorized representative indicated above (referred to as "the Sponsor") agrees to accept sponsorship benefits and abide by thje guidelines articulated by the IIBA Minneapolis St Paul Chapter (referred to as "the Chapter"). This agreement is valid from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021 upon receipt of payment by the Chapter.

The Sponsor will be provided an invoice from the Chapter. Payment is due upon receipt. Up to 2 representatives from the Sponsor may attend each chapter meeting and the PDD event. 

The Sponsor agrees that meeting and event priority is given to attendees for seating and representatives of the Sponsor may be asked to give up a seat for an attendee. This agreement may be entered into or dissolved at anytime by either party.

Refunds are not provided by the Chapter.
