Paula Bell is the CEO of Paula A Bell Consulting, LLC.  She is a Business Analyst, Leadership and Career Development coach, consultant, speaker and author with 21+ years of experience in corporate America in project roles.  Paula has experience in a variety of industries to include media, courts, manufacturing and financial.  She has led multiple highly visible multimillion-dollar technology and business projects to create solutions to transform businesses as either a consultant, senior business analyst or manager.  Currently, Paula is a Business Support Manager leading a team of business process consultants to identify processes and process improvements.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Oral Roberts University.  Paula also studies and trains martial arts and achieved her 2nd degree black belt designation in August of 2018.

Mark Hunt

Mark has been a Business Analyst for over 25 years, working in government, healthcare, food, agriculture and crop insurance. He has extensive experience with process improvement and change management.
Mark is currently consulting with Ramsey County on process improvement projects, including a Customer Experience initiative forming a new unified customer service team. Mark also helps maintain and refine the County’s Capability Model, process models and templates.
