Overview
Presented by: Linda Finley - Strategy, Governance, and Architecture at Trissential.

Of the many critical functions a Business Analyst performs to ensure successful delivery of projects, perhaps the most overlooked and under-planned role they play is that of change agent. From the very first requirements interview, the BA is in a key position to ensure the business value, mission, and strategic message of the project is communicated and socialized, and the changes the project will bring are anticipated and embraced, By using the tools and techniques available to the professional BA, he or she is by definition in the best position to ensure adoption of the "new normal" in the organization.
