Jennifer has been an active member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter since its first meeting in 2005. She worked with the steering committee as the chapter was forming and later participated in one of the first CBAP study groups. After earning her CBAP designation in June 2007, Jennifer served on the IIBA International’s Practitioner Review Committee for version 2.0 of the BABOK, which is scheduled for release in 2009. Jennifer has presented at professional development conferences and also serves on the Advisory Board for the Business Analyst Symposium events.
As a Senior Business Analyst at Express Scripts, Inc. Jennifer works with a range of business partners on the company’s customer contact systems, which include web presences and a call center application. Outside of her BA work at ESI, Jennifer mentors BAs throughout the Twin Cities metro area and develops industry presentations and articles.
Outside of the BA realm, Jennifer is an active volunteer with Destination ImagiNation, a creative problem solving competition for children from elementary to college. She is also a member of Toastmasters, having earned the Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Silver awards. Jennifer is a “heart mom” and is passionate about supporting the pediatric cardiac units of Children’s Hospital of Minneapolis.
