A results-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager with experience in a number of technical markets. Has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technology University along with a Master of Software Engineering degree from the University of St. Thomas. Mark is PMP certified and currently working towards earning his CBAP certification. During his career he has been involved in all aspects of system design, development, test, and support. Yet one can learn a lot about oneself in the most unexpected places. Selling new cars gave him the opportunity to elicit and validate customer requirements, manage customer expectations along with a generous helping of marketing and sales experience!
