Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Minnesota. She has been in information technology for
13+ years, and has had the opportunity to work on and lead the
development of numerous systems from ground up. She is currently
working at HealthPartners as a lead for a team of developers
supporting and developing enterprise and business applications.
Chao has been a member since September 2008, when she first heard of the IIBA. She is very passionate about Business Analysis and the contributions business analysts bring to a quality solution and successful project. She believes in the mission, vision and
objectives of the chapter, and is committed to helping support them.
