Krista Dinges became a Business Analyst in 1999 after a career in the travel industry. Starting from a Subject Matter Expert role, she learned to be a BA “on the job” and continues to advance her skills and IT knowledge through training and seeking out new experiences.
As a BA lead, she has coached and mentored Business Analysts, and has shared her business domain knowledge with IT teams in informal discussion groups as well as formal presentations. In previous career roles, Krista was also involved in training and writing training curriculum.
Currently pursuing her CBAP certification, she has participated in CBAP Study Groups and classes. She is working with the Director of Study Groups to enhance the chapter’s online study group experience.
Krista is excited about joining other Business Analyst professionals in strengthening the role of business analysis through the chapter’s professional development and education programs.
